Contact enquiries

The enquiry helper on the Contact page prepares a message locally in your browser. It does not submit or store that message on this website. If you open the draft, its contents are passed to WhatsApp. Sending a message, email or making a call then uses the chosen service.

Share information relevant to the project. You can ask us about the information you have sent by emailing sparocreatives@gmail.com.

The private client workspace

The portal uses account credentials and server-side access controls. Work requests, updates, creative files, approvals, festival records and billing information are stored in the protected application database and file storage. Client access is scoped to the assigned client account; staff and admin access follows their assigned role.

The portal uses a secure authentication cookie and browser session storage for sign-in. It does not automatically read your ChatGPT conversations. Do not share account credentials with another person.

Necessary browser storage

The festival greetings use session storage to remember which greeting you closed in the current browser tab. The mobile app uses a service worker for its app shell and offline information. Private CRM responses are not included in the app-shell cache.

The website code does not load marketing analytics or advertising pixels. Hosting providers may process request information to deliver and secure the website.

Hosting and external services

The website is published with Sites and uses Cloudflare infrastructure for the application, database and file storage. Fonts and the displayed creative images are served from this website. Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other external services take you to services with their own information handling and policies.

Contact sparocreatives@gmail.com with a question about information you provided, access to your account, or a request to update or remove information. Please identify the relevant enquiry or account without sending your password.
